About the Film: From the writer/director of the Oscar-winning film March of the Penguins comes The Fox and the Child, an enchanting tale of nature and friendship. Narrated by Kate Winslet, this life-affirming story follows an inquisitive 10-year-old girl who sets out to befriend a beautiful wild fox she names Lily. Bit by bit, in woods and fields blanketed by snow and carpeted by flowers, the girl and Lily build an extraordinary friendship as the fox leads her human companion on adventures bold, funny and even sometimes scary.
