About: We welcome the Appalachian Chamber Music Festival (ACMF) back to the Barns of Rose Hill for their opening night performance! This season, ACMF will explore the theme, “Our Different Voices,” showcasing diverse musical expressions from a range of composers, performers, styles, ideas, and movements.
Pianist Efi Hackmey and clarinetist Stas Golovin will join ACMF's complement of accomplished string musicians to officially kick off their 2024 summer concert series. Illustrating the power of music to unite and inspire, this concert is perfect for instrumental music lovers. ACMF focuses on the spirit of chamber music and camaraderie, meaning that you don't have to know anything about classical musical to have a great time!

ACMF is delighted to be returning to the Barns of Rose Hill for the opening night of ACMF 2024 in a moving program of the all-time great composers stretching their newfound voices.
Our ACMF artists perform works by Mozart and Brahms using unprecedented instrument pairings of cello, viola and clarinet to create new sound worlds. We’ll hear Mahler’s early Piano Quartet from the beginning of his compositional career before he became the great symphonist of the early 20th century and Jessie Montgomery’s profound pandemic-era work, “Peace”.

About ACMF: A 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization based in Harpers Ferry, WV, ACMF melds world-class chamber music performances, collaboration, and outreach with the rich and inspiring history, nature, and culture of the area. The Festival aims to bring music to audiences in new, meaningful and accessible ways.
Date & Time: Saturday, August 10, 2024. Doors open at 6:00 PM and the concert starts at 7:00 PM.
Ticket Price: All tickets are general admission. $25 in advance until 3:00 PM on the day of event. $30 at the door. Children 12 years and below are free when accompanied by an adult.
