About: Bring your own banjo and learn from a master! Legendary banjoist, Tony Trischka will cover lessons that apply to everyone; work on timing and get more clarity and solidity in your playing. Trischka will discuss some of the subtleties in Scruggs-style, including playing the syllables, as well as back-up. He will also talk about the history of the melodic style and is open to answering questions at any level on any banjo-related topic.

Participants are free to film or record any parts of the workshop for personal use. We ask that you do not post recordings on social media.

NOTE: This workshop is contingent upon a minimum of ten (10) students. Invite a friend!

Ticket Price: The workshop is $75 per person. Bring your own banjo. Tablature will be provided.
