Ages: 12-16

Description: Participants will use both their scientific mind and their creative spirit in this camp that explores scientific and engineering concepts through the lens of photography. We will investigate the physical properties of light, apply concepts of engineering to the building of a pinhole camera and explore the chemistry of photograph development, all in the pursuit of creating artistic photographic images. In the end, participants will have an understanding of the interconnectedness of science and art.
