The Barns of Rose Hill World of Wood Exhibit highlights the art of woodworking. The exhibit features fine furniture and sculpture, as well as carved, turned and chainsawed creations by local wood craftspeople from throughout the region. On display from January 14 through February 25, all are welcome to attend the exhibit opening reception from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 14.

During the reception, Jeff Headley of Mack S. Headley & Sons will present: 100-Year Family Business of Building and Restoring  Furniture in the Shenandoah Valley. While demonstrating the construction of a Shenandoah Valley Chippendale chest of drawers, Headley will discuss his continuing family business and some of their clients, including Colonial Williamsburg, Mount Vernon, and even The White House!
