About: When it comes to local authors, Clarke and Frederick Counties are brimming with talent! From novelists and poets to historians and children’s book authors, the Barns of Rose Hill proudly welcomes these local authors for an open house, book sale and signing event.
Come meet authors from your community, learn about their work, purchase books, and get your copies autographed. With such a wide array of writing styles and genres represented, there’s something for the whole family to enjoy.
Date & Time: Saturday, April 8 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM.

- W. David Hubbard; veteran and nonprofit advocate, author of several poems, essays, and short stories
- John Hudson; author of Unfriendly Fire (nonfiction) and Dust to Dust (fiction novel)

- Alicia Lewis; author of Room Service Please (novella) and The Intrepid Meditator (Reiki-inspired meditation techniques)
