Magic Lantern Film: Fiddler: A Miracle of Miracles
October 18, 2020 @ 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM

A documentary on the origins of one of Broadway’s most beloved musicals, “Fiddler on The Roof,” this film takes us to a time in 1960s New York when “tradition” was on the wane as gender roles, sexuality, race relations and religion were evolving. “Essential viewing…exposes the behind-the-scenes drama and on-stage magic of ‘Fiddler,’ a cultural landmark whose influence spans nations, races, religions and generations” (Rolling Stone).
