Community Conversations is a partnership between the Clarke County Branch of the Handley Regional Library and Barns of Rose Hill.
Community residents are invited to join discussions to share their experiences and learn from their neighbors. All viewpoints are welcome. Each conversation will be led by a facilitator, and light refreshments will be available.
Race and Racism (Walk a mile in my Shoes): A community conversation with a panel. Goal is to have the community share their experiences, concerns, and ideas on race and racism, cultural differences and perspectives, and how exposure to different experiences opens minds.
Times:
Doors open at 12:30 and conversation starts at 1:00 PM
Reservations may be made advance either online or by calling the Barns of Rose Hill Box Office at 540-955-2004 (Noon to 3:00 – Tuesday through Saturday). If you call when our Box Office is closed, please leave a message and we’ll return your call within 24 business hours. All sales are final. Exceptions for special circumstances may be made no later than 24 hours prior to performance.
