Getting Things Done: Maximizing Productive Performance

About: How productive are you?

Many of us would likely answer, “Not as productive as I’d like to be!”

And why is this the case? Too much to do and not enough time to do it? Far too many distractions? A lack of clear goals or a solid strategy for achieving them? Yes, you could point to these and other similar challenges as the source of your “less productive than I’d like to be” situation.

But the reality is that this problem lies within YOU.

And the solution lies within YOU as well!

The only way to “find” more time and to maximize your productivity within the time you have is to become more deliberate in everything you do. This session applies a design thinking approach toward supporting you in becoming more intentional in how you make use of the time you have, focus your attention and energy on your most important tasks, manage your To Do’s, and design your day for maximizing your productive performance.

During this three-hour workshop, you will:

• become more intentional in how you make use of your time;

• focus your attention and energy on your most important tasks and manage your To Do’s;

• design your day to maximize productivity;

• commit to action toward being more productive.
